MOT

When your MOT test is due, we guarantee that your vehicle will receive the highest standard of service - our aim is to ensure that your car is safe and roadworthy for the year ahead.

If there are any issues following the test, we will provide a free quote for all the work that is needed. If you use us to complete any remedial work we will arrange for a free retest of your vehicle (within 10 days of original test).

SERVICE

At MB&B Cheltenham, we use up to date Mercedes Benz service equipment and Mercedes Benz trained technicians to ensure that your vehicle continues to operate at its peak levels of performance, comfort and safety. Our technicians have a wealth of experience spanning over the last 30 years.

This does not mean that you have to spend a fortune servicing your car. We offer the same service level as the dealer network and only use Mercedes Benz approved parts, oils and fluids. The difference is that we offer great savings, very often as much as 50% off Mercedes Benz main dealer prices.

Once your service has been completed, full details will be updated onto the Mercedes Digital Service Book.

Although you are the owner of one of the best cars in the world, with one of the best build qualities of any car on the market, even a Mercedes Benz can sometimes let you down.

Regular servicing of your vehicle can help prevent breakdowns but unfortunately parts do wear out. If the unexpected happens, we will get you back on the road as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.

Prior to any work being carried out we will inspect your vehicle and contact you with the expected costs of repair.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

In 2003 new legislation was introduced to ensure a free market in the sale and service of motor vehicles.

This means that:

any operator has equal access to Mercedes Benz training, diagnostic equipment and tools.

any work carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s schedule will maintain the vehicle’s warranty.

Performing a vehicle diagnostic test on your Mercedes can detect a number of problems, particularly associated with electronics and computer processors, as well as many other components. We use approved up to date diagnostic equipment with fully trained technicians, providing you with a level of service and professionalism you deserve.

At MB&B Cheltenham we supply and fit a comprehensive range of tyre brands and sizes. Our prices are very competitive and are often considerably less than the main Mercedes dealerships. We can also arrange wheel alignment if required.

LOAN CARS

Loan cars can be provided subject to availability and advance booking. All cars are automatic transmission and are fully covered by our insurance policy. There is no charge for the vehicles but we do ask that fuel is topped up on return of the vehicle.
